Who we are
DEMGEM Auxillary Services ("DEMGEM", "we", "us") is a partnership firm based at 3rd Floor, Shree Jee Plaza, New Road, Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, India. We provide business process outsourcing services, including calling and back-office support, to business clients.
Two kinds of information
Visitors and prospective clients. When you contact us through our enquiry form or by email, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, company, contact details and requirement. We use them to reply to you and to prepare a proposal.
Client customer data. When we deliver services, we handle personal data of our clients' customers on the client's behalf. For that data the client decides why and how it is used, and we act only as its service provider (processor). Our commitments on that data are in our Data Control page and in each client's service agreement.
What we collect from visitors
Information you submit through our enquiry form or by email.
Basic technical information that web servers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which we use to keep the site secure and working.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals and agreements.
To operate, secure and improve this website.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and for the period required by law. Client customer data is retained and deleted as set out in the service agreement and our Data Control page.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access limited to people who need the information, to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, but we act promptly if something goes wrong.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to erase it, and you may withdraw consent you have given us. For customer data we hold on a client's behalf, we will pass your request to that client.
